Overview

We are seeking a motivated Execution Trader with 1–2 years of professional trading experience and a strong foundation in electronically traded markets. This role is ideal for candidates who understand modern markets, have hands-on experience with instruments such as spot, derivatives, funding mechanisms, and leverage, and are eager to support trading operations under the guidance of senior traders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute trades and monitor positions during US market hours (11 AM – 8 PM SPT)
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends, news, and economic indicators to support trading decisions
  • Assist senior traders in refining trading strategies and risk management processes
  • Track and report trade activity and portfolio performance using dashboards and spreadsheets
  • Collaborate with developers, traders, and other team members to ensure efficient and accurate trade execution
  • Maintain strict adherence to risk limits, procedures, and trading protocols
  • Stay informed on developments in electronic markets and relevant regulatory updates

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of professional trading experience or a strong foundation in electronically traded markets
  • Prior experience trading spot or derivatives instruments is highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of funding mechanisms, leverage, and derivatives products
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret market data
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets or basic scripting for trade tracking; programming proficiency is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced trading environment
  • Willingness to work on-site and commit to structured training and mentorship
  • Flexible to work additional hours if required
