Junior Trader (Blockchain) EU Shift

Location: Shenzhen (on-site)

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support blockchain trading operations during EU hours (3PM–11PM SZT)
• Assist in executing trades under supervision while strictly adhering to risk parameters
• Analyse market data, identify patterns, and prepare trade summaries
• Track and optimize portfolio performance under guidance from senior traders
• Collaborate with senior traders and analysts to refine strategies and share market insights
• Contribute to analytics and dashboards for trade monitoring
• Stay updated on market trends, DeFi innovations, and relevant regulatory developments
• Prepare reports on trading performance, market conditions, and strategy adjustments
• Occasionally cover US market hours (to be discussed)

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical ability, numerical aptitude, and curiosity to learn Blockchain trading
• Highly motivated to grow professionally in a fast-paced trading environment
• Team-player mindset and openness to feedback
• Willingness to work on-site and commit to structured training and mentorship
• Strong basic understanding of financial markets (spot, derivatives, DeFi)
