Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to drive revenue growth and build strategic partnerships in FX and financial markets across Venezuela. The role involves acquiring clients, managing key relationships, and expanding business opportunities across FX solutions, currency swaps, and commodities (oil and metals).

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and onboard corporates, traders, brokers, and financial institutions.
  • Market FX, currency swaps, and commodity trading solutions.
  • Source leads via networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sales support.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Develop relationships with banks, fintechs, brokers, and institutional clients.
  • Manage agreements, pricing, and commercial terms.
  • Offer tailored market insights on FX trends, currency movements, commodities, metals, and oil.
  • Gather client feedback and market data to guide product development, pricing, and trading strategies.
  • Maintain accurate pipelines, client records, and performance reports.
  • Adhere to KYC, AML/CFT, and internal policies.
Requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in FX or financial markets sales, partnerships, or commodities trading.
  • Strong understanding of FX products, currency swaps, spot trading, and commodity markets.
  • Track record of closing deals and managing high-value client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with international clients and cross-border transactions is a plus.
