Role Overview

We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Electronic Market Execution Trader to support trading operations during European market hours. This role focuses on trade execution, risk control, and operational excellence within electronically traded global markets. It is well-suited for individuals who are analytical, process-driven, and eager to build a career in professional trading.

Fresh graduates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute trades across electronic markets in accordance with predefined strategies and risk parameters.
• Monitor market conditions, liquidity, spreads, and volatility during EU hours (3PM–11PM SZT).
• Ensure accurate and timely trade execution with strict adherence to internal controls.
• Track positions, exposures, and P&L under supervision.
• Support senior traders in strategy implementation and execution optimization.
• Analyse execution quality and contribute to performance reporting.
• Maintain discipline in following trading protocols and risk management procedures.
• Prepare daily execution and market summary reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• High attention to detail and strong risk awareness.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn.
• No prior professional trading experience required; understanding of financial markets and electronic trading systems is highly preferred.
