- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with the company’s goals.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and business development initiatives to expand Mamoru’s global footprint.
- Team Leadership: Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and implement robust risk management practices.
- Technology and Innovation: Drive technological advancements and innovation to maintain Mamoru’s competitive edge in the fintech industry.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of executive sales / business development leadership experience, preferably in the fintech, FX or financial services industry.
- Education: A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and operational management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the regional / global FX markets. Familiarity with regulatory environments in Ghana and globally.
