We are looking for a motivated Blockchain Trader to join our team and support trading operations during EU market hours. This position is perfect for individuals who are curious, analytical, and eager to build a career in trading from the ground up.

Fresh graduates are welcome!
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support blockchain trading operations during EU hours (3PM–11PM SZT).
  • Assist in executing trades under supervision while strictly adhering to risk parameters.
  • Analyse market data, identify patterns, and prepare trade summaries.
  • Track and optimize portfolio performance under guidance from senior traders.
  • Collaborate with senior traders and analysts to refine strategies and share market insights.
  • Contribute to analytics and dashboards for trade monitoring.
  • Stay updated on market trends, DeFi innovations, and relevant regulatory developments.
  • Prepare reports on trading performance, market conditions, and strategy adjustments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical ability, numerical aptitude, and curiosity to learn Blockchain trading.
  • Highly motivated to grow professionally in a fast-paced trading environment.
  • Team-player mindset and openness to feedback.
  • Willingness to work on-site and commit to structured training and mentorship.
  • Strong basic understanding of financial markets (spot, derivatives, DeFi).
